This fruity, unoaked dry white wine is skilfully crafted from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes grown in family-tended valley vineyards protected by typical rubble walls (ħajt tas-sejjieħ). Ever so well made, this attractive, slightly honeyed Chardonnay is full of flavours suggestive of peaches and citrus fruit.
